With the holiday season and the New Year fast approaching, it is time to take a deep breath, to spend time with our families, take stock of our lives, and prepare for a new and prosperous New Year.
The New Year seems to be an opportune time for many people to make both personal and professional resolutions that they probably won’t keep in the New Year. The problem that most of us run into is that life and the world around us keeps changing; our resolutions seem to get lost in the hustle and bustle. Life has a habit of getting in the way of all our plans.
I am not suggesting that we stop making our resolutions for personal and professional success and growth. I am also not suggesting that we stop setting these goals in order to avoid failure or disappointment. Therefore, go ahead and make your short term, medium term, and long term goals and DREAM BIG for the future and then keep your eyes on the goals each and every day of the year and adjust as necessary.
Start now and not wait until New Years Eve. Then get up every morning and say to yourself: “I Love the Smell of Possibilities in the Morning.” No matter what holiday you celebrate this year, I wish you and your family the very best.
